Draschel: Generally, the game follows up-scaling on dispersion, accuracy, aim-time, RoF  Etc with tanks that equip the same guns. Meaning as they guns on tanks move up tier, their handling and DPM increase. The handling obviously does not increase for these two weirdly. DPM does.
