Draschel: Lets look at this through building blocks. Basic
materials. What makes a strong tank. A burst fire heavy tank
in this example. A ridge, support burst fire heavy tank.So
automatically, we rule out IS3A, 703ii, IS2ii because these are
breakthrough, non gun depression burst fire tanks. We will leave out
50-100, because that is basically a FCM50 with an autoloader, its a
med. That leaves us Emil 1951, Somua, Skoda 56, Bisonte,
T77.
First category, gun handling.
Every tank here sort of has bad gun
handling. Like, there are no progetto in the bunch. T77 has the
best overall accuracy if it can patiently aim its shots. Somua and
Skoda have the most controllable dispersions.
Second category,
miscellaneous firepower.
All tanks have good gun dep, but bisonte and
Emil have the most. Skoda has the strongest Alpha, and even has
good DPM with it. Somua unloads very fast and has large burst
damage capacity, good DPM. Bisonte and T77
have outrageous pen values. Emil 1951 is pretty
bad.
Third category, mobility
obviously Emil and T77 have near
unmatchable mobility among the group.
Fourth category,
armor These
tanks do not have very good armor profiles for heavies. None of
these tanks are in their element of armor usage, except when hull
down. And this makes sense. A burst fire heavy shouldn't be popular
for armor right?
Fifth category, miscellaneous
Skoda has the most
HP. Bisonte has the most view range. I hate using Skoda
56 because its arguably the strongest tier 8 heavy. But these tanks
have the same role, meaning they need to be compared. If Skoda
didn't exist, lets go back in time a year. Somua is still better
than Bisonte anyway
