Concealment after firing modification doesn't work as intended

The camo after firing is whats influenced, a pretty useless trait to begin with. The stock listed rate for Bat chat is 0.90. With BIA, natural cover, camo skill, rations, outer paint job you are looking at 2.11. And with this field mod you go to 2.25. That is pretty much 7%, more of 6.3% but you get the point. Splitting hairs.  It is an useless addition.
