Draschel: I saw someone place 1st in Westfield in their Kran, barely 2,500 total. Only 2 penetrations. 12, I repeat  [(12)]  HE splash hits. What kind of person even equips 12 HE on Kran? But he was shot at dozens of times, and racked up blocked. By the way, people apparently are figuring out, that Kran 3x530 HE shells is better than 60TP 1x950 HE round, due to the buffs to small bore HE vs armor - combined with nerf to large bore HE. Combined with Krans better DPM.
