Can the FV 4005 be made playable again?

Draschel: FV4005 is an extremely, bi-polar tank. It is very rare in world of tanks, sort of like KV2 or SU152, and OI KV2, OI, SU152 can be quite easy to play, as their general purpose HE shells can even annoy top tiers.                           even with HE nerf, KV2 or OI can still do 100+ to hulldown Lowe, usually invulnerable thereBut despite being easy, they are quite hard to be consistently-at-the-top. By this I mean::                          easy to deal 1K average damage in OI or KV2, but hard stuff to hit 1,500+ FV4005, especially before HE was altered, was in this situation. It didn't really have to aim much, and users didn't even need to use the HESH, they could just use stock HE. Splashing things left and right for 500-700, even annoying the heck out of perfect sidescrape from things like Maus, E100, 705. This meant that bad players, typically using it at long ranges in forests, would benefit from -'just hitting'- centered shots on enemies, and even without pen they take the splash as proof of work. But its hard to excel at, because of the long reload time, and if spotted bad players are typically in horrid places and are dead soon after. The altering of HE ammunition changed this. No more pixel angle track shots on side scrape tanks, no more shooting gun mantlets in the face, you want to center of mass IS7 or TS5? Expect  0 even with 230 HESH. And shots on armor typically do 40-50% less. 300-400 instead of 500-700. That being said, FV4005 is still very dangerous ambusher, sort of like T57, picking its targets and dumping damage. Close ranges is its friend here. The OP isn't really suited for such a tank. FV183 is better for him. FV4005 could use some buffs though, I agree. - put the reverse back to 12, top speed back to 36. Make the engine really what it is supposed to be, 950. Not a lie- give it back 3.0 aim time, and 0.38 accuracy it had before, provide it 10 gun elevation- give it 76mm front turret armor like the hull, so it at least stops HE and Arta pens -
