same on ST-I and IS4, 279E is radically different. More like 113.
It actually has gun handling and DPM. 279E isn't simply a
better IS4. Its a ridiculous IS4 that removes 100HP and some side
armor to load it into the front and remove nearly all other heavy
tanks weaknesses available, the LFP. Then it gains better
firepower, mobility WG has shown to us, they are willing to
nerf premium reward vehicles. VK7201 was nerfed years ago, lowered
top speed to 30. The exact same can be applied to 279E and
Chieftain and 260. These tanks shouldn't be the way they are
