Is the ST-I good?

Draschel: It is slow. STI may look the part, as a more compact stream-lined design, but in reality HP/T doesn't change from KV3 and KV4. It basically drives around like 110 and 112. Slow. How slow, well a touch faster than VK4502B (P). Not exactly breaking any speed records. But hey at least you are faster than Type 4 heavy, Maushcen, E75?  And have significantly more sloped armor. In addition STI follows through with bad gun handling, having poor aim-time, accuracy, dispersion values. The shell velocity is legit, but all in all the gun handling is bad for tier 7 nevermind tier 9.  View range is acceptable, DPM after buffs are acceptable, but where ST-I shines is its complete armor package. It has generous armor everywhere. Even the cupola, like Type 4 and 5, or 268 V 4, T62A is significantly hardened and iffy pen for 240-250 pen AP
