Is there a difference, in DPM with tanks that
trade and/or poke when using slower rates of fire? Like STG and
Defender? Now compare with tanks like 53TP, IS6. That also focus
on initial shot damage, but do it alot faster. DPM matters,
200 DPM certainly matters
