Draschel: No.Broken means that any tank that has abilities exclusive to
it, that others cannot duplicate, that centralizes them to
exclusive gameplay If you don't know how to define words, who
's problem is that?If your cookies had unbelievable, exclusive
properties, in the forms of say maintaining camo on the move,
auto-aim assist lock, unable to be tracked/flip and time-out, shell
people in parabolic arcs across 720m usual max range, Etc. Yes,
your cookies should be replaced with the baked goods surrounding
that aren't exclusive. Many people would argue,
''but Heyyyyy, aren't TDs exclusive? They have 750 alpha damage
earliest, and get camo net bonus" TDs also stay in the back,
attack people out of render range, and have the closest thing to
not being able to need aim..... "but Heyyyyyy,
aren't heavy tanks like Concept 1 and Chieftain and Kran,
exclusive? They have heavily armored turrets becoming near
impossible issues near ridge or rubble" Well, a few things.TD
still need to aim, sure do. They can't miss a targets by a dozen ft
and still do 300dmg. They also still need to aim in respect to
that, an object 260 or IS7 for example auto-ricochet angle, is
still an autoricochet angle even for 300 AP pen. Even the lowly
pike nose plate of Defender or 50 TP in tier 8, will bounce out
395mm HEAT pen. And lastly, we have track shots, that even with
arty can be quite stinging, say 400 damage to sidescraping VK7201
or 705A from conquer GC. We all know what they did to HE on tanks
like Type 5, or 110E4 and FVs, to avoid this very same
problem. TD STILL NEED TO AIM, all arty need to do is dial-in
to the best of their reticle, fire, pray and hope their shot lands
within 50% of their burst area. Then reap whatever roll of the dice
their reward is: sometimes 71 damage. sometimes
371 damage. TD camo net, well chances are anyone
other tank behind said bush using a camo net aren't being spotted
anyway. Bush is whats broken in these instances, not camo net. And
if you are using camo net TD boost, outside of bushes.....lol
tell me how that pans out for you. Just Curious. This value,
largely gets nullified because other tanks, have generally higher
base camo values than TD. In comparison to LT, TD don't have higher
base camo values than LT, AND LT MOVE with their camo, TD don't.
The fewer example of TD, that are actual try-hard bush camper like
E25, T67, SU76FT, SU85B, WZ131FT, Etc are either premium or low
tier no one cares about, and don't screw around late tiers. For
example, higher base camo late tier TD, like Badger, WZ113G, and
268, have less relative camo than say a med like 907. E25 is a prem
they can't touch. S tanks are another problem altogether, and yes
I'd have to agree that they need changing. Heavy tanks owning
maps because of ridge and hulldowns, well this is a positional
thing. You need to own up to strengths and weaknesses. But, to be
devils advocate, although a Concept 1 and Chieftain and super
conqueror can utterly own maps with spotting and firepower on
ridges or concealed by rubble.....so to can IS7, STI, 260, 279E.
They just generally, cannot shoot back for damage. But they are
still there, roadblocks, annoying as hell, spotting. Many things
can hull down. And hulldown comes in many forms. I have seen things
hulldown like Type 64, dickermax - that despite no armor are
impossible to hit, because they are so small targets and their gun
only appears. And they spot EVERYTHING You speak like
you have very little game experience and fundamentals. It shows,
extremely.
