Put the Art in Artillery Again

Draschel:  Make artillery new tank destroyers. In this respect, buff their HP, view range, accuracy, aim-time, dispersion, balance their damages according to tanks.   Make light tanks new medium tanks. Again, buff their HP and the rest of that stuff. Remove their camo on the move property.Make armored cars new tank destroyers. Remove camo on the move property. No auto-aim lock, make them able to flip over, make them trackable.  All of a sudden, the game is paramount and fairer. Arty players don't lose their stuff. Nothing is taken away from people. Broken, fatty deposits, removed.
