Do thunderbolt and Chrysler break WG policy?

Draschel: The more we find out, the better. Knowledge is power. The purpose of
this thread isn't to scream foul; buff Chrysler, buff
thunderslow. But they are at least entitled to their in-game listed
powertrain of 1,200, 500? I do not know about everyone
else, but I purchased a Chrysler years ago, under the assumption
it.....would at least have whats listed/advertised? Great heavy
tank HP/T and cross country handling. But what we are finding
out more and more with theorymon, in that the hidden ontop of
the hidden stats....not cool. Hey lets scam people out of
terrain resistances and horsepower, why not. I cannot say that I,
per se bought my thunder-slow for its speed and mobility, but I
know why I did buy it and NOT THINK about, and thats getting
robbed horsepower on an already slow tank. Who would buy stuff
like that from the store? How about this, put out a public
test stage (I) nerfing FV4005 reverse, top speed, aim-time,
accuracy, engine....then concede the nerfs too severe. Have test
stage (II) leave the engine alone so HP/T doesn't get touched.
But silently, ninja nerf the engine anyway and not have people
understand it for 2 years. Why doesn't my Patriot handle
like E75TS, Renegade? Because its ninja terrain handling is as bad
as T34 and T30, that was not advertised on its sale. I have played
world of tanks for a decade, and its these under-handed,
dishonoring tactics which irritate me the
most. Why do IS6, Defender, 112, Bisonte, Somua
handle better than you'd expect? Well, they are the opposite, they
are given bonuses rather than nerfs. lolWhy can't we live,
shop, purchase actual listed values? Should things be hidden? And
even now, with people complaining about it for 10 years
