HE changes have RUINED Derp Guns

Draschel:  I just wished VK2801 had some DPM and more sensible APCR pen. Looking at the stark difference between 59-16 gun and VK2801 makes me sad. The AP pen is fine, no trouble there. But APCR needs +20 to 178. And +1rd/min to 16 leaves it still behind T37 and 59-16 but not sadMuzzle velocity increase to 810m/s seems reasonable. Can't stand the derp range from 750-793m/s, that so many mid-tiers are stuck inThese things considered, I think VK2801 would easily slide into second best tier 6 light without doubt.
