Who asked for High Explosive shell Rework? Compensation

Draschel: Not everyone who hated HE and wanted the spam gone, owns a 279E, 260, or Chieftain by the way. Not everyone, who hated HE and wanted it gone, even fights these either. BUT, you can be SURE,That more people who hate the shell, and want HE spam gone, have played against arty, have had encounters with KV2, SU152, OI, Hetzer, T40, Etc. And haven't even played a tier 10 battle before  Like getting rid of Type 5 nonsense, artillery rework, the anonymizer, and now HE changes - WoT is on a roll. These are all great changes, 2020 and 21 have been good.
