Who asked for High Explosive shell Rework? Compensation

Draschel: Gold ammo was hugely complained over in 2010, 2011. It was the biggest topic ever.You had clans winning gold, spending it on gold ammo facing off against clans that didn't.  its base is 32. And that is not excellent, maybe it is to you. Firefly doesn't have 32, either. Hardly the same. A43 and Cromwell, quantify as excellent. Who cares. I could show you the account, then you would come up with other excuses. And I agree, 2.9 is nothing to brag about. But its the lowest. That says something, when the argument is with someone whos highest, is 2.4. What people are supposed to be doing now in 8s. Yes, a large, beady grain of salt indeed. And by the way, I have tuned into famous streamers, good ones for a decade now. All of them complained, at one time or another, that HE wasn't good for the game. And they now say, the ones that remain, that it is better.
