Best Crew Skill/Equipment for M103 and T110E5 (2021)

Draschel: I started replacing stabilizer already for rotators. Rotator boosts meds because of %+ bonus slot, there is underlying value that way. Unless exceptionally bad gun handling tanks, like a T34 heavy,  batchat or T57 or old WZ120 unbuffed that are/were ridiculous with the dispersion. Chunky meds like E50M, Cent AX, 121 gain a sorely needed close quarters combat mobility bonus from rotator, E50M certainly needs the turret rotation help. Heavy tanks gain it huge too with turret traverse rate, not leaving them so vulnerable when tracked. kranvan, is7, WZ11111111115A, 277, 260 definitely feel like meds driving around with their mobility, but they still keep *heavy* tank turret rotation, which is annoying against flankers. skill4ltu I have seen plenty of times, dropping stabilizer and running ventilation/rotator/rammer setup. He is certainly better than me, and it validates the choice.
