Aiming class vs Gun Layer

Дата: 07.06.2021 03:44:09
Draschel: I will omit stabilizer and rotator, because they are substantially better in terms of providing gun handling boosts. But in terms of secondary gun handling, to which you want to boost tanks handling that cannot mount vertical stabilizer, and are already mounting rotator - what do you prefer? Gun layer or aiming class. Important to note that I am cheap and lazy, I don't have the bounty versions. This sucks, because bounty aiming class provides 3% opposed to gun layer only 2.5%. Aiming class does in fact improve both overall accuracy, as well as minimum accuracy, so in a way it acts like a very weak stabilizer and rotator too, but gun layer does not.  The big examples, would be for tanks that obviously aren't permitted access to vertical stabilizer, but have freakish gun handling issues. Like a KV2 or OI, but also lighter stuff like Grille, Skorpion, M56, Hellcat, charioteer, conway.  Low tier auto loaders like T25, Strv57, FL10.  And perhaps low tier meds with very bad handling indeed, like Cromwell and T40.  I currently run gun layer for secondary handling in my dupe king derpers, that can't seem to even attempt moving (even just traversing) and shooting at the same point. But this was before the bounty aiming class introduction, and before the science/mechanics published about aiming class. I think I'd slowly gravitate towards aiming class with future 50% off equipment sales
