Draschel: I don't know what planet you are on, what game you are playing, but
it isn't world of tanks. That is not the current
system. Moderate powered HE shells coming from Chieftain, or
113/IS4 will still damage tanks into the tracks at ridiculous
angle, even things like Maus, or Type 5, or Badger. Not 10 for 10,
but I'd say over 50%. Good damage, hell no but hits over 100 take
place. And these are the worse of aimed shots. Tanks like Maus,
IS7, 277 HE is even stronger, and 200 damage shots aren't
unheard of.If you are using a tank like 60 TP or 110E4, you can hit
a gun tip pretty much 2m away and still deal 100+
damage. Maybe not against an enemy like Type 5.If you are testing
with extremely low powered HE shells like T100LT, maybe I can
see 0 with most results now. You shouldn't
be derping heavily armored tanks. This is a free pass, to
counter position. This is playing bad, and having a crutch to
assist you in getting outplayed at the moment. This is get out of
jail card. But the option should always be open, for lighter
low tier vehicles to damage top ones, even if 10-20 HP. The target
maybe on cap, and a reset necessary. The target may have 2HP left.
Utility, not dumb broken mechanics.
