said the penetration is just fine. Which matches You can't
give tanks unique stuff. Every thing has been done. They tried to
make indien panzer and Mutz unique, and that was a flop. They still
suck. An unique attempt at fixing CDC, would be to make it a
light tank. This will fix some of its problems, like terrain
resistances, gun dispersion, and camo as light tanks generally have
those statistics better than mediums. However, what CDC retains up
its sleeve, which may make it useful then, are the high
HP, decent DPM, excellent penetration for a light tank. At
390m VR, it also spots well for a light
tank.
