It's going to require a serious buff in some area that gives it
relevance. My personal hope is that they buff its pen Draschel: CDC does not need penetration. The penetration is fine,

needs is some armor. Not to make the tank, an armored tank, no not
for that purpose. But just to make it resilient against minor HE
caliber, to make it resist over match attempts. For
example, 50mm frontal armor. This means the tank hull isn't
automatically wrecked by even puny HE shells with 50 pen, or tank
guns like 120-122 caliber overmatching the tanks entire profile.
Make the turret 85mm like STA, for lucky bounces. Then, fix the
tank awful secondary stats WG likes to crap on. Dispersions, ground
resistance, track traverse. These are all awfully bad on CDC.
Lower dispersion to .17/.17/.10 1.25/1.34/2.21
resistances 55 track traverse. It will make a huge
difference, and doesn't involve dramatically changing the tank gun,
pen, engine, Etc. Improving DPM to something like Lansen
would also work
