has it under their own power, to improve. Themselves. Not have MM

them from being seen as a baddy, as their statistics are slowly
evened out for them, because of lack of ability and incompetence to
do so themselves. That is what SBMM folly, complaints are. A
sneaky, useless attempt at the preservation of one's own

W/R" Instead of genuinely, taking it upon themselves to
constructively improve. If the entire argument of SBMM
is about equity, fairness, what is right.....Then it is completely
a farce, lunacy in concept. Because what is truly, only fair.....is
random based que. Everyone, has the equal opportunity, presented
before them. Everyone, is in charge of their own destiny, and the
results they procure. People, not getting the statistical parity,
