AFK panther buff when?

Draschel: Awful panther is fine. Mediocre. Nothing wrong with mediocre though.  Super Chaffee and A46  though, those are the problems. These 2 need real help If there is something awful panther could use, it is some turret armor (80mm maybe) and -8 gun dep
