Reasons as for, why not? Could be many. As you suggested, collectors piece. Crew trainer. Gun depression. Whatever.Why does it matter, utters the tone of what has been said, why does it matter? as in, an opinion, doesn't matter. I rather be socially inept, than completely fail at the personal command and understanding of language.
