improve my play. I took the O-I out for a battle because i
needed to get some critical hits for a daily mission. I got
put on Prokhorovka (south spawn) against a team that had 3 light
tanks and 3 arties (M44). I decided to go middle which in hindsight
was probably not the best play. I like to play the middle with
medium tanks so i can shoot the hill. I really didn't know where to
go. I had a sinking feeling that i was screwed at the start of the
game. I was right, i got hit 8 times by arty and was killed
with 0 damage, 0 assist. I was shot at by arty around 15 times so i
managed to avoid 7 shots. I lasted around 5 minutes.
What could i have done better? Should I have hidden in the bushes
by the railway tracks or would it be better to play a sniper
on the 1 line in the bushes where TDs normally go?Draschel: Analysis to improve play:Do not use OI heavy tank, to
visualize, break down, analyze, and form results for new
playable/applicable strategies. One of the worst tanks to do
so, possibleOI will teach you very little about flexibility,
juggling multiple flanks, multiple positions across multiple maps,
effectively using reliable DPM, is subject to high randomness, high
tier experience, Etc. Yes though, I do agree OI is
alright for critical hit dealing missions. But try something else
more suited for the first, like SU152 or T49 If you wish to
play tanks like OI, or are wondering what you could ahve done
better in this example-whatever the reasons, use premium time
to disable Prokhorovka and Malinovkha for a better gaming
experience.
