Crew qualifier changes, discounted

Draschel: Just thinking if I should pay 750 gold for changing a few crew member seats. Radio-op specifically because only German lines have them going anywhere.They are considerably skilled too and would definitely be useful elsewhere. This is the first time crew qualifier changing, has been discounted for -50% price.   The only contrary point to this, is obviously coming crew 2.0. Which means in a flash I would be 750 gold short. Thoughts?
