Arta suicides are pathetic, all suicides are.

You would need solid video evidence for every single incident and even then the player can always appeal to say, 'hey, I just play aggressively, even with arty', or I tried to find a better spot to shoot and lost my footing' etc. It's very hard to prove fault in this game format. If they set say a 'auto' function like some have suggested, say 2 drownings a day and then you get fines, that is still a headache, because then WG servers will have to open up another tab on their servers to process this and repeat it every single day. Besides, 100k, fine, that's like 1-2 games in a tier 8 prem, and I can guarantee you that WG will not go above this number even in the remote possibility should they implement this.

Draschel:  war gaming didn't have any trouble at all, implementing severe penalties to those team killing artillery in ranked. Why is that? Because it is easy to spot. Suicidal drownings, are very easy to spot.Saying i was alt-tabbed, clicked into World of tanks video feed and accidently "right clicked and shot" and TKed my teams artillery is a stretch. Would someone believe it, working at war gaming? Maybe. Would they believe it if it's happened 2 times? Probably not. When someone drowns end of the game, apart from an accidental drift and over turning or falling off a bridge or drowning, during the middle a game are quite different and easy to distinguish.  Because you think this is lame, does not mean war gaming thinks it is lame. They have made attempts to correct this from happening, over the years. And these steps aren't sufficient, more are required. -they have removed friendly fire for instance.-harsh punishments seen in ranked battles near spawn for TK-they removed exited battle and subsequent auto-destruct -they even took that further, and made exited games purposefully punishable by desertion.             .............this is a huge point. Committing self suicide, is the same as desertion. -they added in-game complaint system, I'd like to highlight *unsportsmanlike* being an option They need to take it further. Obviously they have put some thought into it. Multiply the fines x3.  Add a negative experience quotient, that negatively impacts your crew by taking away the game's exp - not it just being an amount of  0. A negative free experience tally, subtracting from your total free exp, not it just being 0. Have this applied even to accidental deaths, it will create a better air of caution for people driving their tanks. If it happens a second time within 12 hours, 30min temporary ban. If it happens a further time in 12 hours from that, 1 hour ban and account warning. Warnings stay on account file, the next time it is a strike. x5 and you are out. And remember, each event is separated by the 12 hour margins, to ensure that yes accidental provisions are put in place.
