Why did they "buff" the Tiger's gun?

Draschel:  It isn't a nerf. I am not sure where you consider it being a nerf, but clearly isn't one.It currently hits for 40 more alpha while STILL having the old DPM, actually it has more DPMNot only that, they added a small aim-time buff to assist in gun control too.Kept the same ammunition storage, so the potential damage sky-rocketed nearly 3K I would gladly trade shell cost and some rate of fire  -  for aim-time, DPM, alpha, potential damage
