Draschel: arta does not perform lower than other vehicles because it is constantly nerfed. While yes, logically it  does perform lower than it would have continued to do so, prior to a nerf if not nerfed, the main reason SPGs tend to do less on average is because it lacks consistency, and the powerful capacity to over-perform, except certain examples like left18b or M44 Arta is the single most nerfed class. It isn't because of what you or me, him or her cause. It is because WG themselves and their statistics, think it is problematic. And since there are so few premium vehicles (2) with no plans to release anymore, WG doesn't really have to go back on people's purchases and re-call, so they take it up as an easy venture to simply nerf.
