60 Day Dry Aged Brisket

DomoSapien: Guga foods is amazing. Some of the experiments are questionable (pepto bismol, yuck) but I've definitely leveled up my Steak game watching his content.

I tried the dry-aged egg yolk grated on top of my steak, that was a resounding success, and I always dry brine my steaks nowadays. 

A friend shared another little tip with me that I've used with some relative success, if you put a thin layer of mayo on either side of your steak before frying it, the fat in the mayo will give it a nice little crisp. And it doesn't really impart any mayo flavor into the meat.
