taken my Jageru out since before Equipment 2.0
I think in this case it really does boil down to preference, the traverse speed and the aim time are pretty much going to be rough no matter what - so it's kinda up to you to decide what's a bigger priority for you.
Improved Aiming might be worth trying over GLD, but 10% of a giant reticle still leaves you with a giant reticle, and on the flipside, the reticle closing 10% faster is still going to take a long time to close.
As for grousers, kinda the same deal. Traverse speed is also rough, will making it slightly less rough actually pay off in the long run, AND: how often will being able to traverse faster actually help you as opposed to being able to zero in faster? Perhaps if you're running it as a cheeky city brawler, the traverse or Turbo might help you peek out, fire, and get back into a sidescraping position more quickly, but the Jageru has a number of negative symptoms and it's impossible to address all of them with one loadout.
Interestingly enough, you may have a greater deal of flexibility running two equipment loadouts if the Field Modification system is implemented.
