Administrators can access the forum reports, so there were a few minutes in which any reported posts that hadn't been processed yet were visible to players with the admin tag.

That said, we began revoking permissions from the admin group as soon as everyone was assigned to it, so it was no longer than about 3 - 5 minutes max. We also audited the admin logs to make sure no unauthorized forum penalties were applied.
Additionally, there is an added layer of security requiring a corporate login to access member info, edit access groups, or make any sweeping changes to users or the forums themselves.
