3 Ping Limit

DomoSapien: So we're hoping to have a fix for this soon, it's not necessarily guaranteed yet because devs want to make sure it's possible - but we would like to remove the ping limit for competitive play specifically.

Callers being able to effectively communicate with their teams while keeping voice comms clear is clearly important to our Competitive Gaming community, and we hope to give them a working solution soon.
