I haven't been paying as close attention to the forums as I'd like. I would absolutely love it if the forums had an @someone pinging function that would send me notifications any time I get mentioned in a thread. But TL;DR yes, you're absolutely right I haven't been as present on the forums lately as I'd like to be. If something is particularly pressing or you really want an answer to your question, your best bet would be to PM me. We get a LOT of PM's a day and we have a LOT of different things we're juggling daily so sometimes those can get pretty backlogged but I've been doing my best to catch up to my inbox. Honestly, Discord is probably the BEST way to reach me because I get a persistent notification on my phone which reminds me to get back to the PM.
All of that said, however: I've never claimed to be able to put pressure on the dev team to implement a particular bit of feedback - feedback is taken globally and feedback from all regions is considered, as well as in-game survey data. Whether you feel it's worth your time is ultimately up to you, but I genuinely do my best not to pull any punches in the reports and accurately represent player sentiment, no matter how brutal
If you have doubts about whether your feedback gets
considered, I get it and understand why you might feel that way.
But I can give you my word (what little it's worth, anyway) that
these feedback reports aren't all sunshine and rainbows; your
feedback isn't being mis-represented or left out of the
reports.
