If you're experiencing connection issues I would run the WGCheck tool or a Pingplotter to our login server or USC at the time that the issues are occurring, and submit a support ticket so CS can help you figure out at which hop the connection issues are occurring. If it's outside of the last 3 hops in the connection, it's outside of our network.
DomoSapien: I posted this in another thread but TLDR if you're
experiencing issues please hit our CS dept with tickets + attached
Pingplotter reports or WGCheck reports so we can identify the root
of the issue and file a bug report if needed
