[CT] Update 1.7.1 Common Test - Dual-Barreled Soviets & Complex Equipment...

The Common Test for Update 1.7.1 is now Live!
This update will bring in some pretty cool new content and introduce some balance tweaks for Encounter Battles on certain maps. Specifically, certain spawn locations on these maps are being adjusted so that both teams arrive at the main chokepoints more or less at the same time. We've noticed that on these maps, it's quite common for one side of the map to take the advantageous positions in Encounter Battles first, so these changes are aimed at balancing that out. (Additionally, we are adding Cliff to the map rotation for Encounter Battles) The update will also introduce the IS-2-II, IS-3-II, and ST-II, the new Dual-Barreled Heavy Tanks joining the U.S.S.R. Tech Tree.
Finally, we are also introducing a new quality-of-life feature: Complex Equipment Demount Kits! Basically these will be single-use consumables that you can find in your rewards for Merit, and they allow you to dismount a piece of Complex Equipment without paying the 10 Gold cost or destroying the equipment.
