Was the lootbox IS-3A ever for sale in the shop ?

DomoSapien: While I don't have the authority or the knowledge to issue an official statement to the effect of "you will definitely be able to buy the gift box tanks in the future" we definitely are aware that this is important to y'all and we will definitely be passing on feedback in this regard, just like we did for the IS-3A last year.
