I guess some of us will just never be happy, will we?

This is mainly because I cannot see them do the things they say they do for example passing the NA server's feedback to the devs. I won't say they don't do anything but I just question if they do enough.   As for WG in general, I won't be truly happy until they do 2 things:    1. Improve the US tank tree by adjusting vehicles, add new medium lines and add the M60A1 instead of continually using US vehicles for CW rewards, reward vehicles in general and premium vehicles with the "M54 Renegade" as the latest example. Can't use that tank to make another medium line, no no. Lets make it a premium vehicle and a heavy too to jack up the price.   2. Actually do something with premium ammo directly instead of this convoluted ammo wide change that does not touch premium ammo at all. This is the only way they can reverse the overbuffing of armour which is a major issue itself.

DomoSapien:  You should join the WOTNA Community Discord server! I'm quite active in there, as is Tragic and Jambijon.

https://discordapp.com/invite/wot-usa/ As for the feedback process, I recently incorporated a more in-depth survey to send the dev team some more quantifiable data than we've been providing them in the past. One of the results of incorporating the survey was vastly increasing the volume of feedback from the NA Region regarding Ranked Battles. Whether or not it'll make a tremendous difference, who knows, but it's a personal project of mine as part of an effort to increase the presence of NA feedback in the mind of our devs and more accurately represent the sentiment of our region, since we are notorious for generating a very small volume of viable feedback.

That Ranked Battles survey has since closed but it had some promising results so I'm going to be incorporating more surveys into the feedback reporting process moving forward.

Looking at RU sentiment reports, their feedback request threads generate hundreds of comments, on a good day our feedback threads will generate 40-50. You could certainly say this is a symptom of past experiences which indicate that feedback won't be considered but I was not part of the Community Team back then so I'm focusing on what I can do to make improvements.

I can't think of much outside of having devs individually respond to each and every bit of feedback they receive to increase the transparency of the feedback reporting process. Like, I could post the reports themselves, after the fact? But that opens a whole other can of worms with people arguing with me if they don't like how I summarized their feedback etc.
