If you already have an LTP in your garage and purchase the bundle under the impression that you will be getting Gold Compensation for the LTP, but receive Silver (or nothing? I don't recall the specifics of how compensation works for the "Item + bonus tank" bundles off the top of my head and am writing this from my phone so looking it up isn't really handy for me right now) you can always request a refund as long as the payment method used was refundable (credit card, paypal, etc.)
Customer Support just needs to remove the goods from your account, so it might be necessary to buy a few days of premium if you don't have enough left for the refund, that way they can withdraw the full amount of Premium Time associated with the original purchase.
