You may have noticed that the T-103 went up on Presale today. Or rather... it was supposed to.
So due to a little bit of miscommunication on our end, we ended up jumping the gun a little bit. The T-103 Presale starts Tomorrow, 5/4 at 04:20 PT | 06:20 CT| 07:20 ET the article has been corrected (shoutout to everybody who brought that to our attention!)
But if you have a burning desire to acquire the mighty T-103, we've got you covered. Our Customer Support team has offered to help players purchase the T-103 prior to the official presale period. If you have an active World of Tanks Premium Account, and you want to buy the T-103, here's what you'll need to do.
1. Buy an equivalent amount of Gold to the price of the bundle you want, using our any amount of Gold option on the Premium shop.
Let's say you want the T-103 War Chest for 79.99; You'll want to buy 19,476 Gold. Please note that completing this Gold purchase is necessary. Since the vehicle is not available in-game for Gold, we need to see a recent record of this purchase on your account.
2. Submit a ticket to Customer Support. - For categories, you'll want to pick: Billing and Premium Shop > I can't Pay > Other
3. In the body of your ticket, please copy + paste the following text, filling out the options in [brackets] with your choices.

I'm interested in purchasing the T-103 prior to presale, due to the typo in today's T-103 presale article.
I would like to buy the [NAME OF BUNDLE] and I have completed a purchase for the price of the bundle in Gold, using the "Any Amount of Gold" option.
In the interest of time, I confirm that I would like you to remove the [AMOUNT OF GOLD] Gold from my account, in exchange for the goods contained in the bundle. Please proceed with the swap, as I would like to avoid taking additional time to reply again with my confirmation.
