I'm no longer doing that job because I applied for a better one (my current job) when the company was moving to Austin.   I actually had the highest first-contact-resolution rate in the department, and was pretty consistently landing monthly awards for highest Customer Satisfaction or Net Promoter Score ratings, but that's neither here nor there
In the case of pulling account logs showing each and every piece of equipment that has been purchased or sold by a player since, say, 2012... breaking down purchase and sale logs, chronologically, to prove that they never had nearly as many pieces of equipment as they think they did... 25 minutes is honestly not too bad. Especially since it involves totaling together literally all the Credits that were ever spent in the lifetime of the player's account.
