Did Wargaming Get Rid of Support?

DomoSapien: Support is open 24/7 - however at times if there is a spike in tickets, our turnaround time for tickets will occasionally go up over 24 hours. A word of advice for some of the folks bashing our CSR's in here: you can accomplish a lot more with sugar than you can with vinegar.    You should be receiving a response to your ticket soon.
