DomoSapien: We had to run some emergency maintenance to fix an issue with AI bots popping up in low-tier battles on USC when they were intended only for the SA server.

Issue is fixed and servers are back up. "Scheduled Maintenance" is simply used to indicate that the server was manually taken down rather than crashing arbitrarily. Apologies for the inconvenience.

Compensation will be going out for the issue via a mass-invoice.
