We've got some exciting news to share with you. We've already been in contact with most of the Clans involved, so this may not be a surprise for everyone, but for everyone who doesn't know...
We will be hosting a Clan Tournament for the Top 16 Global Map Finalists from September 6th - 9th.
Playoff Schedule:
Thursday 9/6 - Friday 9/7 17:00 PT | 19:00 CT | 20:00 ET
Round Robin Qualifiers
All 16 Teams will face off in a Two-Day series of Round Robin Qualifiers to determine the 4 Teams that will be advancing to the Semi-Finals Team size: 15 + 15 Reserve
Battle Duration: 15 mins
Battle Type: Standard Battle Staging Breaks: 3 Mins between battles Minimum Tier: 8 Maximum Tier: 10 Minimum Battle Tier: 100 Maximum Battle Tier: 150 Best of 2 Round Robin Points: 3 Points for a Victory, 1 Point for a Draw, 0 Points for a Loss
Round Robin Head-to-Head rule: If team A ties team B, the team that won when they played against eachother will place above the other team.
If a 3-way tie occurs where Team A beats Team B, Team B beats Team C, and Team C beats Team A, teams will be placed according to the following conditions:
1st (Primary Condition): Number of Battles won 2nd (Secondary Condition): Total Number of vehicles Destroyed Saturday 9/8 17:00 PT | 19:00 CT | 20:00 ET
Semi-Finals
Top 4 Teams from the Round Robin Qualifiers will Participate in a Single-Elimination Bracket run through Training Rooms. 1st Place from Qualifiers will face 4th Place, 2nd Place will face 3rd Place. Team size: 15 + 15 Reserve
Battle Duration: 15 mins
Battle Type: Attack/Defense on Standard Battle Format - 1 Cap Circle on Each Side Attacker Wins if team is able to: Successfully Capture the Enemy Base OR Destroy all Enemy Vehicles Defender Wins if team is able to Successfully Defend Base from attacker and Survive full 15 minutes OR Destroy all Enemy Vehicles Staging Breaks: 3 Mins between battles Minimum Tier: 8 Maximum Tier: 10 Minimum Battle Tier: 100 Maximum Battle Tier: 150 Best of 5

We got a lot of really awesome feedback regarding the "Team Pick" Bonus Codes for the MAHOU/FAME Show match, so those will be making a comeback for the Clan Playoffs! More details to come, but essentially You will be able to select a Bonus Code to vote for which Clan you think will win! Everyone who uses one of these Bonus Codes will receive a prize, but picking correctly will get you a better prize!
If your Clan will be Participating in the Playoff: Your Clan Commander will be contacted by Email if you place in the Top 16 on the Global Map. However, clans that are confident they will place and wish to get the ball rolling are more than welcome to PM me on the Forums or Discord with the information listed below.
Team Manager - 1st Point of Contact - Will not be participating in Battles - We would like to have a point of contact to be available on Game Days for any last-minute questions, concerns, and decisions regarding any potential technical issues. We would prefer the first point of contact not be participating in the battles so that we have someone immediately available to talk to without distracting them from a battle. Team Captain - 2nd Point of Contact - Can participate in Battles - The secondary point of contact would be involved if for some reason we're unable to contact the 1st POC.
Both POC's will be invited to a separate Discord Server that will be created for Communication between Teams and Tournament Admins.
Replays will be required from each player for each battle. Python logs will be required from each player before and after each Game Day. Once POC's are contacted, they will be provided with details for uploading the required files and will be responsible for sharing this information with teammates.
All players must agree to the official rulebook, which will be provided to teams directly and cover any details that haven't been covered in this announcement. Where you can watch: Most, if not all clans will be streaming these matches on their respective Twitch or Youtube streams. We will be publishing more information soon with links to some of the specific streams where you can tune in and watch. We will also be streaming the Finals to the official Wargaming NA Twitch Channel, with live commentary.
