DomoSapien: Looks like there was an issue with registration for stage 2. These
tournaments were set up by Wargaming HQ so I am reaching out to our
contacts to see what's going on.
I have been informed that the registration for stage 2 will begin after the final stage of Rolling Steel is complete. There may have been some duplicate emails sent out regarding the first stage of the Silver Cup.
