support portal? Perhaps I can help clarify the appropriate
steps?
To be honest, the important thing is getting the ticket in. If you put it in the wrong category our Support Team will move it to the correct one. I was getting some crashes while running on my 4K display at home, dropped it down to 1080 and it was running fine thereafter. It's possible we might be able to troubleshoot the issue.
A quick checklist of stuff you can try in the meantime: - Perform a clean installation of your graphics drivers. (For nvidia, download the driver, then select "custom" in the installer and make sure the "clean install" option is checked.)
- Run a WGCheck report. Make sure you run the extended network diagnostics option. Attach that to your ticket. - Try booting Windows into Safe Mode with Networking and replicating the issue. If it doesn't occur while Windows is in Safe Mode it is likely being caused by a conflict with one of your startup processes.
