On a side note, I'm really excited to have the opportunity to put on this 'community management' type of hat more often. I love support because I actually get to help people, but chatting it up with you guys has always been my favorite part of the job. If you guys follow us on Facebook, you'll see my name popping up quite a bit in the comment section!

I don't have a stake in the decisionmaking process on this one, I'm just trying to give you guys as much info as I can because I know it can feel like we're ignoring you sometimes and that's not the case. If promises were made I certainly hope that we'll honor them, but I can't speak for my colleagues. I hope you understand.
