Each week. Because of that, the department has been in a "unlimited
OT" status for the last 4 months, and will likely stay that way at

Anytime you take PTO, whether planned or unplanned, you get behind.
That means you work extra. Common sense says you work the makeup
time the next week, where you are already getting 40 hours and
everything extra is OT (1.5 times). (You don't want to work extra
the week you took a day off because you didn't actually work 40
hours, and therefore it's not OT, just regular pay) What
does all that mean? Basically, I don't work Friday, and use
PTO to still get paid. Then I work Sunday to get all that work
done, and since that is on the next week where I will also work M-F
40 hrs, I get paid 1.5 for the work on Sunday. For that 8
hours of work I actually get paid 2.5 times for it (1.0 for PTO
hours + 1.5 OT hours). I actually make more money by calling
off and playing tanks. Hey, I'm not the Einstein in upper
management that likes to under hire and makes this all possible. I
just make it work for me

It looks AMAZING! I'll prob just keep the crew in it and not use
them for anything else. I don't know, we'll see. Who knows, if
I fight enough of them while grinding, maybe I'll decide NOT to get
it. Though it is worth noting that the Cent 7/1 was one of my
favorite tanks. Though that was a while ago (on another account)
that I played it. EDIT: ...and all you people voting
"no" are no fun. Boooo!
