Opinions Please: Kunze Panzer or K-91-PT?

DeviouslyCursed: On the NA, EU, and RU servers the Kunze beats the K-91-PT in win rate across the population. Having said that I generally hate non-turreted TDs, so I will never get the K91, I'd rather have the bonds. Actually, I think I'd rather have the bonds than either of them.
