Featured Tank as Gift option missing

DeviouslyCursed: I have gifted some things to people over the years. But I wouldn't accept really expensive gifts. I would evaluate it, and if it was more than I'd be willing to spend if was charged back by giver, then I wouldn't accept it. For instance, I would never buy or accept those large packs of prem tanks. I already have more prem tanks than I use.
