Tier 9 in Frontline

DeviouslyCursed: A thought occurred to me: maybe WG tried to give us a way to grind stock tier 9's without absolutely destroying our stats by including tier 9 into FrontLine? Maybe it was not for completely nefarious reasons. Still think they should have made a pure tier 9 version though.
