DeviouslyCursed: Whether the queue gets affected will depend on the type of
SBMM that would be implemented. It can go form hardly noticeable to
certain players never finding matches. My biggest gripe is
that the SBMM proponents think it will do things that it doesn't
(eliminate blowouts the primary one), and deny it will do things it
most certainly will (move people toward 50% even more).
